Pricing questions
What happens after the pilot?
You see the payback report, then choose a plan or we take the system out. No charge for the pilot either way.
What does setup include?
A visit to your restaurant, camera connection and placement advice, drawing your tables, pairing staff phones and watches, training, and the TableWave box if your computer doesn’t pass our check.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days’ written notice, effective at the end of that billing period, with no early-termination fee. The setup fee is non-refundable once we have installed. Annual prepay is optional and is refunded for the unused months only if you end the agreement because we breached it.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT where it applies.
